Although there is not specific dress code, we recommend you were comfortable clothes that can stretch for your osteopathic treatment. It is not necessary to undress during the appointment and will not affect the ability of the doctors to do what they need to do. Make sure that whatever you're wearing, you could go into a full stretch with.
Our primary service is osteopathic manipulative treatment, but we offer other services that are in conjunction with what we do to promote healing and optimal health. We do not take insurance at Inspire Osteopathy Denver for many reasons. At the end of each appointment, you can request a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. As a small practice it allows us to provide the best care possible, while maintaining a low overhead. If you have it, we can accept your health savings account (HSA).
That varies from patient to patient and by the problem. For active problems, we often see patients anywhere from once and week to once a month based on different factors. For controlled problems, we leave that up to patients and we make those determinations during your visits.
No, Inspire Osteopathy Denver specializes is limited to osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) by our doctors that are board-certified in neuromusculoskeletal medicine / osteopathic manipulative medicine (NMM/OMM). We do NOT provide primary care, integrative, or functional medicine.
We do not intend our treatments to replace full medical workup and treatment for problems. It is assumed that you've been worked up for your medical problem and we will do our best to work in conjunction with your doctors. Often times, we can replace the need for other bodyworkers such as massage, chiropractic, and others, but we leave those decisions up to the patient.
Inspire Osteopathy Denver is located in a quiet location just minutes from the I-25 and Colorado Blvd exit. We are located on S Bellaire St just behind the DSW and Best Buy stores. There are designated parking spaces for visitors or ample street parking if necessary.
